What is the dress code?The dress code for the wedding is formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit of any colour except white. Ladies came dressed your best, for example cocktail dress or formal dress that is midi or floor length of any colour except white. We also suggest to bring a light weight jacket as the weather gets colder in October. Please DO NOT wear jeans,tracksuits, caps or trainers.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?The ceremony will be unplugged, meaning that we kindly advise that guests take NO pictures during the time of the ceremony, as we will have a photographer for that. After the ceremony guests are free to take pictures. An announcement will be made to all guest before the start of the ceremony.

Do you have a wedding registry?There is a wedding registry available on the website. Please select ‘Registry’ and that will take you straight to our Amazon Store. Should you wish to gift us with cash or a gift card, a gift table will be available on the wedding. Alternatively, you can send cash to the account given on the registry page.

Can I bring my kids?Due to logistical reasons we are unable to accommodate children at the wedding, therefore, we are running a “no-kids policy.” Only those who have been advised to bring them can bring children through.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?The reception meal will be a sit down buffet served, therefore, guests will not be required to move to collect food.

How will you communicate any updated information and/or changes before the wedding?All changes or updates will be communicated to all the guests via text.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?Yes, parking is available both at the ceremony and reception venue. Please note that the spaces will not be able to accommodate all the vehicles inside the venues, hence this will be based on First come, first serve basis with some being reserved. Details on how to book a parking spot to be sent through.

What's the best way to RSVP?The best way to RSVP is via the website. If for any reason you are unable to RSVP using the website, please send an email to: ndacaroline101024@gmail.com or please contact Viola Mpala on 07375 702562 and Royale Gumpo on 07450 830696 to confirm attendance.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?Doors at the ceremony venue will open 10:20am. All guests are required to arrive and be seated by 10:45 am. All this information is available on the main page of the website. The official ceremony will start 11:00 am sharp.

I can't attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?The wedding will be in-person only there will be no virtual celebration.

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?If you have booked a room at Park Hall Hotel & Spa, information regarding your booking will be closer to the time. More regarding hotels /accommodation have been listed on the main page of the website.

When is the RSVP deadline?The deadline for RSVP is Wednesday 31st of July. Should you not confirm, we will take that as you are unable to make it to the wedding.

What will the weather be like?Whilst we can't predict the exact forecast for our special day, it is likely that the weather will be cold due to the time of the year. Based on predictions on average the temperatures will be between 13-15 degrees.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?The wedding will be indoors. Pictures after the wedding ceremony will be outside

What are the colours for your wedding?The official wedding colours are Forest/Dark Green, White & Gold

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?Information for both venues have been provided on the main page of the website. Both venues are 15 minutes apart from each other and you will be required to make your way to the second location. Transportation will not be provided, hence guests will be expected to make their way to and from both venues.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
